CHANGES AND RETURNS IN ESHOP
Do you want to return the product you bought? You can do it within 3 working days from the day you received your order as long as the product is in perfect condition with the special markings (tags) and the proof of order or invoice.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT FROM YOUR LOCATION, FREE OF CHARGE:
Our store is happy to accept the return of the product and exchange it for another of your choice or give you a credit for the amount of the value of the product that you can use against another purchase of yours within 30 days. In case of a higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.
Before returning the product, you should contact the store by phone at 2551037194 from Monday to Saturday 09:00-14:00 *except holidays, having the following information available:
Customer name, online order number, original sales receipt date and number, and the reason for the return or a description of the problem.
The returned product must be in its original packaging, with all included materials, and with the original sales document. The packaging and the product must have been kept in excellent condition. Otherwise, our company may refuse to return the product. The product must not have been used under any circumstances. You must inform our store immediately before any action.
Follow the steps below:
• Contact the store.
• Place the items and the receipt in the original packaging.
• Deliver the package to “ACS” with recipient charge and marked return, without charge of return costs

The product exchange process takes approximately 3 days from the day we receive the parcel. If the returned product is found to be defective, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
In case the replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you again.
If you make your change with any other transport company then you bear the transport costs.
Free product change is only valid for one change per order.
